A large jack-o-lantern inspired yellow bell pepper stuffed with half pound mix of beef, pork, rice, bruschetta mix, parmesan cheese and spices, then baked and topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served on a bed of marinara sauce.  Also includes side salad or cup of soup.
