One of our favorite things to make and eat! IYKYK!! Rich and meaty sauce made with oxtails, red wine, tomatoes, garlic, carrots, onions, celery and spices. Simmered for hours, we pull the meat off the bone and serve it with a touch of cream and freshly made rigatoni.(not the papperdelle pictured)
