Inspired by one of our meals in Switzerland. We took a classic and reinterpreted it.  We stuff a chicken breast with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Then we roll it, bread it, fry it and serve it over a tomato-Alfredo sauce.  served with choice of 2 sides.
